Information clause concerning the processing of personal data
In accordance with Articles 14(1) and 22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (RODO), we inform:

3) Purpose and basis of processing:
Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of

Your data will be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) RODO – performance of the contract (participation in the conference) and Article 6(1)(a) RODO – consent (for additional consents).
4) Categories of personal data processed:
First name, last name, email address and, if provided, mobile phone number.
5) Transfer of personal data:
Data may be transferred to entities cooperating in the organisation of the event (e.g. conference partners) only to the extent necessary for the event.
6) Data retention period:
Data will be retained for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes, no longer than 3 months after the end of the conference, unless longer retention is required by law.
7) Rights in relation to processing:
You are entitled to:
– The right of access to your data;
– The right to rectification of your data;
– The right to restrict the processing of your data;
– The right to object to the processing;
– The right to erasure of your data;
– The right to withdraw consent (where your data is processed on the basis of consent), subject to exceptions reserved by law. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
